How can I answer a request?

• When a buyer requests a quote for one of your products, you’ll receive a notification by email.

• Click on "View Request".

• You can adjust the price, include extra costs, and add any related details in the description box.

• After making the adjustments, you click on "Send offer" so that the buyer can review it. If you cannot make an offer, you can "Decline the request."

• Once you have sent your offer, the request's status will change to "Quotation sent," and the buyer will review the response.

• The buyer can either accept the offer, and the request will be marked as "Order created,".
