Watch our tutorial video to learn how to upload your products and sell them globally!
How can I upload a product?
- Enter the Supplier's panel and go to the Products section
- Click on the "Add product" button and start adding your product's details
- Click on the "Create" button at the top of the page, and your product is ready!
Below, you can find the best practices for proper product uploading to be approved and visible on Wikifarmer's storefront:
Pricing:
- EXW Prices Only: Enter the price excluding logistics (handled by Wikifarmer).
- Match Price to Weight:
- For packaged items (e.g., an 18kg box of apples), enter the total box price under "Supplier Price without VAT (€)" and "18 Kilograms" under "Weight."
- For items priced per kilogram, input the price for 1kg and "1 Kilogram" in the "Weight" field.
Taxes:
- Always enter your country’s VAT rate. The system adjusts for international transactions.
General Information:
- Separate Products for Different Formats:
- Create individual listings for each product variation.
- Example: Sunflower oil in 1L, 2L, and 5L bottles should be separate products.
- Clear Descriptions: Avoid combining multiple products or formats in one listing.
- Example: List "Refined Sunflower Oil" and "Crude Sunflower Oil" as separate products.
Avoid These in Product Pages:
- Contact details (email, phone, website).
- Company info (name, location).
- Price or other product references in titles or descriptions.
- Pictures with prices, company details, or faces—only product images are allowed.
