How "Product requests" work

Request for Product means we are searching for something particular in larger quantities. For example, we are searching for 5 tons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or 15 tons of Orange Valencia to be delivered at the port of Rotterdam. If you have this product available, it is now your chance to give us a good price. You can see the Product Request on your page, and -if you have this item available- you can answer with prices. If you do not have this product, you can send the page link to your friends who may be interested.

If you respond to the Request, you need to be specific in terms of price and description of your product. Sometimes, we ask for a price incorporating the transport cost to a final destination. Consequently, before answering, you shall research how much it costs to send your product (e.g., 15000 kg of potatoes from your premises to the final destination).

By selling through our Platform, you ensure that you avoid fraud by malicious Buyers, who may ask for the Products before payment and never pay or try to scam Suppliers in various ways. If you have accurately described your products and you have shipped them or timely delivered them in the agreed quantity and quality, we guarantee that you will receive the money for your order, or at least receive the product back in excellent condition.
