# What happens after I submit a quotation?

Once you submit a quotation to Wikifarmer, the process is as follows:

**Quotation Review:**   
Wikifarmer reviews your quotation details, including pricing, delivery dates, and extra charges.  
**Awaiting Decision:**   
The request status changes to "Quotation Sent." Wikifarmer will either accept or decline after review.  
**Notification:**   
You’ll receive a notification (via email and platform) once Wikifarmer makes a decision.

**If accepted:**   
The request becomes an order, and you’ll be notified. Order details, like delivery and shipping info, will appear in your Orders section, and you can begin preparing the shipment based on the agreed terms.  
If declined:   
The status will update to "Declined," and you’ll be notified of the reason.

**Next steps:**  
Monitor the order’s progress in the Orders section and prepare for shipment. If you're handling shipping, update the system when the order is ready to ship.
