How to request a product with the AI-powered feature?

Getting started with AI product requests

Log in to your account.
From your personal dashboard, click on the button 'Request a product.'

Enter detailed product requirements.
Fill out the request form with the following details: Product category, quantity, desired price, shipping origin, variety, acidity, delivery location, payment terms, and crop year. Also, you can add the shipping address as optional, but it helps us provide more accurate shipping info.
Once all necessary fields are filled, click ‘Send’.

If any required details are missing, the system will highlight them clearly in your request form. Required fields will be marked with a red label, while Optional fields will be marked with an orange label. Under each label, you’ll see the specific information that needs to be entered.

As a last step, confirm your request by clicking ‘Request Product’.
