Who is responsible for the transportation (including customs and duties)?

Wikifarmer handles the transportation process end-to-end (shipment, delivery and all customs procedures or paperwork). If any issues arise during the transportation, Wikifarmer is responsible for resolving them and ensuring the smooth completion of the delivery.
