How does the payment process work?

The payment process can vary depending on whether you're opting for prepayment or credit. Below is a detailed explanation of how each option works:

1. Prepayment
If you choose prepayment, the steps are as follows:

  • Upload payment document: After accepting the offer, you will need to upload a document (e.g., bank transfer receipt) proving the payment.

  • Payment review: Once the document is uploaded, the status of your request will change to "Paid" our internal team will review the payment. They will check if the amount and details match the request.

  • Payment confirmation: If the payment is correct, the status of your request will be updated to “Order created,” and an order will be created automatically.
You will receive a notification about the successful payment.

2. Credit (fully accepted or partially accepted)
If you request credit for your purchase, there are two potential outcomes:

2.1 Fully accepted credit
Order creation: If your credit request is fully accepted, you can proceed directly to order without any prepayment.

2.2 Partially accepted credit
Prepayment requirement: If your credit is partially accepted, you will be notified of the credit limit that has been approved. To proceed, you must pay the difference between the total amount and the approved credit.
Prepay the remaining amount: After uploading proof of payment for the remaining balance, our team will review the prepayment.
Order creation: Once the payment for the remaining amount is confirmed, an order will be created automatically, and you will receive a notification.

2.3 Declined credit
Prepayment process: If your credit request is declined, you will still receive the response. However, you will be required to prepay the full amount to proceed with the order.
Order creation: After uploading the payment document and receiving confirmation, the request will be turned into an order.

By following the steps outlined above, you'll ensure a smooth transition from payment to order creation, regardless of whether you are using prepayment or credit.
