Can the buyer request a refund, and under what circumstances?

Yes, the buyer can request a refund if the product does not meet the qualitative or quantitative criteria of the purchase order, has defects, has deteriorated, or is not accompanied by the necessary labeling and required documents (Invoice/Consignment Note). The Buyer must file a claim within 24 hours of receiving the products, providing clear photos, videos, or a laboratory test report from an accredited lab as proof. If a replacement is requested, the buyer must also provide a copy of the destruction protocol filed with the competent authorities. Upon confirmation by Wikifarmer of the claim’s validity, Wikifarmer will refund any amount due, including shipping costs, or provide a replacement free of charge.
