Can the buyer request a refund, and under what circumstances?

Buyers on Wikifarmer can request a refund when the product received fails to meet the agreed expectations—this includes cases where the quantity or quality deviates from the purchase order, when the product is defective, deteriorated, or lacks necessary documentation and labeling, such as the invoice or consignment note.

The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the products, and it must include clear evidence such as photos, videos, or a laboratory report from an accredited lab to support your claim. If requesting a replacement, you must also provide a copy of the destruction protocol filed with relevant authorities.

Once Wikifarmer confirms that the claim is valid, they will either issue a refund—covering the amount due, including shipping costs—or arrange for a free replacement of the products.

This process ensures that buyers are protected and that orders are handled fairly. By following these steps, buyers can be confident that any delivery issues or unexpected product faults can be resolved quickly, accurately, and in line with the platform’s official terms.
